Jalapeño Corny Cakerz

Servings -10 humans

Ingredients

  • ??? Corn meal
  • ??? Something liquid that turns corn meal into pudding (milk maybe?)
  • 1 Jalapeño (diced)
  • ??? Scallion
  • ??? Kernel corn (get a cobby corn and get them kernels)
  • Some Shreddy cheddar (the shreddier the better)
  • Some Honey (for that money shot)
  • Some Bacon (cook it, don't eat it raw)
  • Some Oil (whatever, probably olive)

Instructions

  1. Add some oil to a pan and let it get hot.

  2. Cut up your scallions and jalapeño and de-kernel your cobby corns. Add to pan and fry until bacon is cooked.

  3. While pan is doing it's thang on that veggie / porky medley, add some liquid to some corn meal and make corn meal pudding and set aside.

  4. Once veggie / porky medley is done, remove from pan and set aside. Let the pan get hot again. Add more oil if needed.

  5. Gently lay some corny pudding into the pan and let it firm up. Add veggie / porky medley to the corny not transformed into cake and embed it into it's soft corny embrace. Once browned, flip and let them fully cake-up until golden brown.

  6. Top with remaining veggie / porky medley and shredded cheese and let melt before removing from pan. Put them on a plate and drizzle with bee spit to your hearts content.
